Marketing Services Manager is a client-facing role within Visa Marketing Services in CISSEE, focused on delivering strategic, insight-led marketing advisory engagements for key banking partners across the region.
The role supports clients in addressing business growth, brand positioning, customer engagement and marketing transformation challenges, including the practical application of AI-enabled marketing approaches.
This role reports to the Marketing Services Director in CISSEE.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead strategic marketing advisory projects for financial institution, fintech clients, aligned with client business priorities and Visa’s regional objectives
- Develop structured, insight-driven recommendations based on consumer and market research, payments expertise, competitive analysis, and data-informed thinking
- Identify market opportunities by tracking payment trends, cardholder behavior and competitive dynamics, translating insights into forward-looking strategic recommendations
- Contribute to the design of bespoke, long-term marketing and growth programs aimed at accelerating client business performance
Client Engagement & Thought Leadership
- Prepare and deliver client-ready strategic presentations for senior stakeholders, including CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Product and Business Leads
- Act as a key contributor in senior client discussions, helping translate complex topics into clear, actionable marketing and business recommendations
- Support client pitches and growth initiatives, contributing to strategic narratives and value propositions, including VIK (Value-in-Kind) opportunities
- Position Visa as a marketing and payments expert by sharing deep understanding of consumer trends, industry developments and best practices
Innovation & AI Enablement
- Apply AI and advanced marketing technologies as part of strategy development, supporting clients in understanding practical use cases and implications for marketing effectiveness
- Contribute to the advancement of AI-led marketing capabilities within Visa Marketing Services through thought leadership, client education and participation in the development of new service offerings
- Introduce emerging trends, technologies and innovative approaches to help clients stay ahead in a rapidly evolving marketing and payments landscape
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with internal Visa stakeholders to ensure integrated, insight-driven client solutions
- Support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives in partnership with delivery teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives
