We are looking for a Finance Director to join the GitHub Strategic Finance team and work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and fun environment. There are three major revenue plays for GitHub: Land (Core Platform), Secure (GitHub Advanced Security) and Accelerate (Copilot). This individual will be responsible for owning the finance story, as FP&A lead, you will own the revenue reviews, partner closely with sales and engineering leadership teams, to drive the performance and health of the GitHub business. The successful candidate has ownership, business partnering, collaboration, leadership and manager experience and analytical skills, as well as a proven track record of driving clarity and shared understanding. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, connect the dots, and adapt in line with the dynamic business.
