Senior Software Engineer, iOS Frameworks – Apple Maps Navigation

Are you a client-side engineer who loves building foundational technologies that power experiences used by millions? Join the Apple Maps Navigation Frameworks team and help design, build, and evolve the core navigation framework that delivers route-based information across the entire Apple ecosystem. You will own critical framework and daemon components that power navigation, ETAs, and routing intelligence across iPhone, Apple Watch, macOS, CarPlay, and Vision Pro. You’ll tackle deep technical challenges involving privacy, performance, energy efficiency, and complex geographic data processing, all while working at the core of Apple’s navigation stack.
