Microsoft’s Commercial Solution Area (CSA) sets the sales strategy, leads technical sales, and operations as a hub for the Commercial Solution Areas and Support Services that power the Microsoft Cloud.

 

As an AI Business Solutions (ABS) Scale Global Black Belt (SGBB) you will be part of a team of high-level sellers with a passion for building the success blueprint for Microsoft and partners across ABS.  As a SGBB, you will develop collaborative relationships with our most strategic partners to ensure that we have Frontier Firm enabling partners globally. In collaboration with a broad v-team of Microsoft stakeholders, you will work with a focused set of partners and incubate new AI Business Solution business models to realize frontier firm transformations.  You will be part of the sales process, from validating partner and Microsoft opportunities, pitching transformative solutions, to landing AI transformation wins with customer reference examples. You will align and coach strategic partners as well as identify repeatable partner Co-Sell win patterns.  You will establish yourself as an expert resource to internal peers and teammates to help document win and loss patterns, provide feedback to Marketing and Product groups, and new best practices in community forums. This role is flexible in that you can work [up to 100%] from home.
