In this Senior Finance Manager - CoreAI role, you will drive resource allocation rigor across Microsoft’s $20B+ engineering portfolio, partnering closely with senior leaders to align investments with strategic priorities. You will develop a CFO mindset, influence expense management decisions, and bring innovative solutions to complex challenges in the AI era. You will build trusted relationships across diverse teams—including engineering, finance, procurement, and HR—while navigating ambiguity with agility and intellectual curiosity. As part of a collaborative, high-energy team, you will champion inclusivity, foster growth, and deliver meaningful impact that shapes Microsoft’s future.

 

We're excited to offer a hybrid role that give you the best of both worlds.  You'll get to collaborate in person with your teammates at our Redmond office three days a week, and enjoy the flexibility of remote work the rest of the time.  If you love connecting face-to-face and also appreciate some work-from-home days, this could be a great fit for you.
