Responsibilities:
- You will be in a client-facing environment, be an end-to-end digital product / solution leader who defines the vision, drives the roadmap, and orchestrates cross‑functional teams to build and scale impactful tech products and ventures.
- You will work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants, taking charge of specific aspects of the project. You will do extensive research, source data, lead cocreations and contribute to identifying potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge.
- Develop a nuanced understanding of emerging digital payment trends as well as Visa’s capabilities and be able to apply them to clients’ business problems to actively engage with clients and co-develop meaningful solutions to address their challenges.
- You will also present results to internal Visa stakeholders, client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
- Contribute to key Practice building initiatives – Capability / IP generation, training, mentorship, team initiatives.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
