Power Delivery Architect - Datacenter

We are seeking a highly motivated Power Integrity Engineer to join our Mac and Data Center Power Integrity team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring robust and efficient power delivery solutions across high-performance server and Mac platforms. You will define and validate power integrity (PI) requirements for board-level, system-level and rack-level designs, including VRM selection, decoupling strategy, PDN impedance optimization, and noise mitigation across the full power delivery path. You will collaborate closely with electrical design, thermal, mechanical, and system architecture teams to deliver scalable power solutions that meet stringent performance, reliability, and efficiency goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power integrity modeling, simulation (SPICE, S-parameter, impedance), and lab validation, along with experience in high-voltage DC systems such as ±400V architectures.
