The Health and Life Sciences Chief Operating Office (HLS COO) is seeking a skilled and driven Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives through scalable analytics solutions and actionable insights. This role is central to enabling data-driven decision-making across Microsoft’s Health and Life Sciences (HLS) domain, with a strong emphasis on clinical applications.
You’ll work cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical requirements, build intuitive dashboards, and embed AI capabilities into our analytics ecosystem—all while ensuring alignment with Microsoft’s operating model, data governance standards, and compliance frameworks.
