Visa Technology & Operations LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs a Staff Site Reliability Engineer (multiple openings) in Highlands Ranch, CO to:

Be the initial escalation point for Service Desk Tier 1 for application issues
Perform routine application maintenance including host file updates, log rotation, and shell scripting for common tasks
Contribute information to project plans and meet stated deadlines
Maintain and update 3rd part applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Tomcat, WAS, etc.)
Monitor application performance (e.g., memory, logging, and latency)
Perform weekly code deployment to the production environment
Implement and maintain performance monitoring dashboards using Splunk, Thousand Eyes, Graphite, etc. Code release into CAS (test) and PROD working with production development
Support application deployment for new and existing services or features working with different Product Development and Engineering
Support customer support on merchant escalated issues specific to applications
Position reports to the Highlands Ranch, Colorado office and may allow for partial telecommuting
