The Customer Acceleration Team (CAT) is part of the Customer experience Engineering (CxE) division within Microsoft’s Security business. We work with customers from all over the world and all shapes and sizes, and we work directly with engineering to shape the product based on these customer insights.
We are looking for a Product Manager II to join to our team. This role will handle technical aspects of customer and partner engagements with a focus on security and AI initiatives. This role entails providing proactive guidance, active listening, dealing with ambiguity and driving technical execution.
The key Microsoft Security products driven through our team are Microsoft Information Protection (MIP), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Insider Risk Management (IRM). We partner closely with our Purview Product Engineering Teams to improve our products by gathering insights from the thousands of customers we work with daily.
To be successful in this role, you are customer obsessed, possess a growth mindset, have proficient analytical skills, and pay tremendous attention to detail. You should have a passion for content creation and be willing to educate the field on effective practices and product use.
