Efficiently manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail. Work closely with infrastructure solution architects, DevOps engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Manage funding & invoices for consulting team members on the team via quarterly Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase requisitions, approve monthly invoices & manage onboarding & off-boarding.
