The Manager of VAS Issuing Sales and Commercial Operations will be responsible for leading the implementation of effective sales and commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion of our business model across the region. In addition, the role holder will develop and execute new, transformation projects to drive our Sales and Commercial Operations processes to achieve best in class sales execution. The position will work closely with regional Value-Added Services (VAS) other functional leaders to implement and coordinate systems and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Support individual pipeline reviews & updates and VAS monthly AANR outlooks.
- Support quarterly and annual revenue and pipeline forecasting and goal creation with Sales Leadership and Finance MSO (Multi-Year Strategic Outlook) support.
- Quota setting and working with comp team to align plans and quotas at individual level and support any queries.
- Partner with Sales Ops Support to simplify operations and drive consistency and efficiencies in the Sales process.
- Support on QBR/MBR preparation for various internal updates.
- Signed Not Live and Deal Performance tracking, reporting & driving revenue acceleration through aligning resolution plans with Sales & other functions.
- Support collections effort in region to improve cashflow.
- Sales planning and territory management.
- Support RFP submissions by consolidating inputs from various departments such as Legal, Cybersecurity, and Product Assist in leveraging alternate funding sources like VIK, VIF, and MDF for deals and support the creation of business justification/VNL’s and follow-up on request from various stakeholders for approval AANR governance and application of appropriate process/policy.
- Ad-hoc projects including analysis for revenue driving initiatives and improve process optimization
