The Korea & Mongolia Marketing team delivers client‑centric and market‑relevant marketing initiatives that strengthen Visa’s brand and partnerships across the region. The team leads integrated programs spanning client co‑marketing, brand campaigns, and culturally relevant sponsorship and entertainment activations.
What a Client Marketing Manager does at Visa:
Account-based marketing by leading client relationships across credit card companies, banks, Fintechs, and merchants and create bigger value for Visa and Visa’s clients through marketing strategy and co-marketing initiatives and deliver innovative solutions through Visa’s marketing advisory services. Aligning to Visa’s client-centric sales methodology, you will work with the Korea & Mongolia Marketing, AP Marketing Hub and Country cross functional team to strategize and propose impactful and relevant marketing programs to drive business revenue for our clients. Given our clients’ varied needs, these programs would span across both B2B and B2C.
Key Responsibilities include:
• To bring the “best of Visa” marketing to our key clients and you will work cohesively with the Visa marketing community locally, regionally, and globally, Korea Business Development team, Product, Visa Consulting and others.
• Partner closely with Business Development Team to invest client incentives or media investments into tailor-made joint-marketing campaigns with the objective of driving acquisition, activation, usage and retention.
• Lead and deliver on high quality agreed marketing programs, evaluating effectiveness and efficiency of the executed programs to continuously optimize performance
• Determine the best use of Visa assets (aligned with client strategies) and optimal outcomes for Visa and client
• Manage the local contacts within the regional creative, media and partnership agencies and vendors to ensure a client centric view in the development and implementation of all campaigns
• Develop deeper client partnerships and generate new revenue streams by providing Marketing VAS including marketing insight, data-driven marketing methodologies and marketing consulting services
• Oversee all administrative deliveries related to client marketing project management and VAS including and not limited to procurement processes, contract management and VIK process management
• Manage project budget and schedule in the internal system
• Support the team with processing internal compliance issues
