Position 1: Test Process and Equipment Engineer Intern (TE)
The Process and Equipment Engineer intern will contribute to below:
Empowered to lead critical resolution of operational needs for the Assembly process and equipment.
Optimize advance process control systems to detect signals and automate containment
Define maintenance procedures, engage and partner with technicians and manufacturing teams to maintain equipment meeting highest standards.
Discover and enable new breakthroughs process and equipment improvements.
Engage and lead new technology and product transfers and integration.
Qualifications:
Third -year or Final-year student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Control, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or related majors.
Additional qualifications include:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with statistical data analysis techniques.
Familiar with data analysis using programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. is an advantage.
Be able to work onsite for 4 days per week.
Be able to commit to at least a 6-month internship program.
Experience in semiconductor industry and manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.
Ownership mindset, detail-oriented, due diligent, good communication skill.
Position 2: AI Intern Engineer for Assembly Department (AE)
Develops algorithms and applications, performs large scale experimentation, builds data driven apps to translate data into intelligence, and develops solutions for solving business problems using coding. Incorporates predictive modelling, statistics and other analysis techniques for collecting, exploring, interpreting and extracting insights from structured and unstructured data.
Organizes, interprets and structures insights from data, detects data anomalies and makes corrections.
Performs descriptive statistical analysis, develops visualizations, applications, dashboards, or presentations and communicates insights in a clear and effective way to help the organization with better decision-making.
Supports troubleshooting service offerings using proprietary analytical platforms, commercial tools and custom scripts.
Drives the design, development and optimization of artificial intelligence/machine learning, deep learning training and inference frameworks, contributes to the research and development of data science activities and supports product development efforts as required.
Develops and programs methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyse diverse big data sources, establishing standard methodologies for data science including modelling, coding, analytics, and experimentation.
Explores, compiles, and collects data from new or known sources, sometimes in partnership with technical staff/engineers to derive useful insights and/or make predictions.
Works with development teams and business units to ensure models are scalable and can be implemented as part of the delivered solution across clients.
Qualifications:
Basic programming (Python, SQL or C++) and web apps development.
Willingness to learn and train LLM, VLM model, image analysis or generative AI, agent AI.
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, good communication and teamwork.
Preferred final year student candidate, part time work at least 3 days onsite (24 hours per week).
Position 3: Equipment Engineering Intern (TEGT)
Develop automated systems, dashboard and processes to monitor and optimize manufacturing operations
Develop and implement robotic automation solutions to prevent quality issues. Maintain, debug errors and continue to improve those implementations
Attending training sessions to learn the best practices from VN/ VF in automation engineering
Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement
Empowered to conduct critical data science training for TEGT operation needs.
Qualification:
4th year / Final year university student who is pursuing bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial and/or other relevant technical or engineering discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, data-driven mindset & positive learning attitude.
Resourceful, creative and innovative in coming up with ideas to resolve issues.
Familiar with data analysis using programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, etc. is an advantaged.
Able to work onsite minimum 4days per week.
Experience in semiconductor industry and manufacturing environment would be an added advantage.
Position 4: Business Ops Intern for Manufacturing (MFG)
Support the development and execution of strategic business plans.
Assist in optimizing biz process, including procurement and logistics:
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
Participate in evaluating potential business partnerships and acquisitions.
Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely material delivery.
Qualifications
Third -year or Final-year student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, cost management, and the technology industry is preferred.
Fluency in English is required
Position 5: Data Analyst Intern for Manufacturing (MFG)
- Support project coordination activities such as inventory cycle counts, reconciliation, and process documentation.
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to improve operational transparency and decision-making.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies or best practices in automation and compliance management.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
- Participate in team engagement and improvement activities, including organizing or co-leading a small team event.
- Deliver at least two process improvement proposals and maintain consistent reporting quality during the internship.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in: Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiar with data analysis using programming languages (such as SQL, Python, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Be able to work onsite for 4 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data visualization or automation tools (RPA, web browser automation, etc.).
- Familiarity with web development.
- Interest or prior coursework in manufacturing, logistics, or compliance.
