We are seeking a Senior Payments Technology & Business Transformation Manager to lead complex consulting and implementation engagements for banks, fintechs, and processors. This is a highly technical leadership role, requiring a strategic mindset, deep payments expertise, and the ability to bridge business and technology. What you’ll do, day to day:

· Lead client-facing change initiatives from current state to target solution, ensuring successful delivery of payments technology and business transformation projects.

· Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align business objectives with technology capabilities, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with existing client environments.

· Develop and test solution hypotheses, design robust and scalable solutions, and provide clear, actionable implementation recommendations tailored to client needs.

· Facilitate effective collaboration among business and technology colleagues, fostering transparency, shared ownership, and continuous improvement.

· Manage project resources and timelines across Visa, client, and third-party teams, ensuring clear visibility and progress reporting.

· Steer and oversee third-party suppliers, ensuring their deliverables align with project objectives, quality standards, and timelines while proactively managing risks and fostering productive partnerships.

· Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes.

· Identify and pursue commercial opportunities during engagements, positioning Visa’s solutions effectively.

· Mentor and develop team members, contributing to a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

· Provide thought leadership on payments and technology transformation, contributing to strategic discussions and innovation.

· Collaborate closely with Visa Consulting and other business units, leveraging expertise and best practices to maximise client value.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
