Job Description:
In this job position, your job responsibility is on Burn-In Test Equipment and Processes improvement, deployment, installation, qualification and their related Test Processes and Procedures ensuring they meet customers and manufacturing requirement in high volume manufacturing.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
- Improving and sustain the Test equipment healthy and process to meet safety, quality, productivity
- Driving resolution and continuous improvement projects through Virtual Factories and Copy Exactly to improve performance of equipment assigned.
- Participating in development or evaluation of equipment and tooling to meet Module spec and high volume manufacturing needs
- Defining or improving process control systems to detect and prevent quality excursions
- Providing training and guidance to the operation technicians to improve their competencies
- Establish Test collaterals maintenance requirement and standards meet operation sustaining requirement
- Interacting with supporting groups through virtual factory partnership and cross functional groups such as Operations, Manufacturing, Yield and Quality
- This is a normal shift position but may require working in shift on temporary basis based on business needs
Qualifications:
Minimum requirement must possess Bachelors Degree in Engineering field preferably in Computer, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Additional qualifications or skills will be added advantage which includes:
- Possess data analytical and structural problem solving skills to solve equipment and process problems.
- Good communication skill through problem solving tools such as A3, 8D, 5-Why’s.
- Leadership skills in driving sub team or lead in problem solving.
- Provide Training and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Test Equipment, Test Process and Test Methodology
