You will manage a team of junior doctors, ensuring high-quality training data and maintaining clinical standards as we scale our product offerings to customers. This position will requires a MBBS degree (i.e. a qualified medical doctor).
Key job responsibilities
• Lead quality control processes for medical annotation teams to maintain >95% accuracy rates
• Manage and develop a team of junior doctors in medical data annotation at scale
• Establish clinical validation protocols and review complex medical cases
• Conduct systematic review of AI model outputs against medical guidelines
• Design efficient annotation workflows that are HIPPA compliant
• Implement quality metrics and performance tracking systems
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams on medical workflow optimization
