Product Manager, OS Platform Technologies

We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Worldwide Product Marketing team and help shape the foundational technologies that power every Apple device. You’ll be behind the invisible magic — the battery that lasts all day, the seamless network handoff, the emergency features that save lives. This is an opportunity to work on the building blocks that underpin our operating systems along with the entire software ecosystem. In this role, you'll collaborate with world-class engineering teams to define the future of the essential subsystems that underpins Apple operating systems. These include power management, wired and wireless networking, sensors, storage and file system support, as well as virtualization and command-line tooling. You’ll help bring life-saving safety features to market: from advanced warnings of earthquakes or adverse weather events, to helping users share critical information with emergency providers at their times of greatest need. And you’ll launch these innovations to developers at WWDC and to customers worldwide! We believe that the best person to communicate why a product is meaningful is the same person who helped drive its creation. As a Product Manager at Apple, you will hold dual product management and product marketing responsibilities, and serve as a spokesperson to help explain to the world why your products matter.
