The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customer by working with product teams to specify, design and deliver bespoke functionality. You will provide tactical software solutions outside the normal development cycle to support integration efforts. Supporting product and project teams in integrating ARIC with internal and third-party systems, developing new functionality as needed. You will review and investigate Engineering Triage requests, either addressing directly or referring to other Engineering teams; providing engineering resource by exception to support other Engineering teams during the software development cycle

Technical

  • Expert understanding of relevant technologies and ability to write optimised, scalable code.
  • Solve complex problems and help others in debugging and resolving issues.
  • Seen as a code approver at a larger scale outside of scrum team.
  • Improve areas of the system you work on, leaving things better than you found them.

Impact

  • Lead significant portions of projects and make impactful contributions.
  • Capable of driving technical initiatives and lead resolution of critical bugs.
  • Identify solutions to larger problems with assistance from peers.
  • Take part in the process of interviewing, recruitment, and onboarding within your team.

This is a hybrid position, therefore we require 3 days per week in the office.
