Process and Integration Engineer

Apple is looking for a world-class Process & Integration Engineer with wafer process and integration experience, strong data analysis skill, and optical device knowledge to join the Panel Technology Team for Core Platform Technology Development. This position requires a strong technical background in a relevant technical field, such as semiconductor process, design and fabrication, data analysis, optical device characterization, yield improvement, etc. Especially, a candidate with years of hands-on process development / integration experience in CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing), bonding, & rich optical knowledge is preferred. Candidate with MP quality control experience is a plus. A successful candidate will work as part of a big team. Therefore, excellent communication and organizational skills are a must
