We drive tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's clients, including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants. The VCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services to deliver solutions that address unique challenges in areas such as analytics, credit card product development, marketing, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments, among others, and solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

 

What will I work on in the VCA practice?

A senior director of greater China consulting group and solution engagement team lead, as well as a leader to cover Visa Managed Services for VCA, she/he will build and grow a practice for solution engagement life cycle. This includes working with Account Team to foster client requirements, building solution proposal, forming delivery team for end-to-end engagement. This job is also applying best practice for strategy planning, payment solutions, digital transformation, AI innovative solutions to Visa clients, this will help Visa and its’ clients to grow revenue and profitability, as well as control and mitigate their financial exposure.

Potential engagements could include payment digital strategy and transformation consulting, AI innovation, portfolio and product management related business process re-engineering, data consulting/solutions, consumer segmentation, and customer experience diagnostic, development of industry landscape evaluations and best practices, and consulting projects management.    
 

Working with VCA leaders in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and across different regions. This VCA leader will be responsible for significant components of client engagements, and in some cases entire end-to-end coverage model at client site. Specifically, this will involve interacting with senior management team of clients, different business units of clients, gathering requirements from presale engagement to solutions, working with VCA delivery team to build requirements and work scope for contract signing. This will require a full interaction not only with clients but also with all Visa internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Build client engagement with solutions and proposals, as well as delivery plan, identifying dependencies, roles, and responsibilities for engagement
  • Actively engage in presale phase to solve complex problems and challenges during engagements
  • Continuously build knowledge, surfacing new insights and producing thought leadership pieces that contribute to practice development
  • Identify solutions and recommendations that are linked to client objectives and result in performance improvement
  • Create compelling presentations to illustrate VCA value for presale of consulting engagements
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to gain insights and support client engagement and execution

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
