As a Finance Manager - Global Collections, you'll be safeguarding Microsoft’s investments in Accounts Receivable as a trusted advisor to the business—driving profitable growth and stewarding the lifecycle of every dollar with care and clarity. You’ll be accelerating cash flow and elevating collections performance by cultivating strong, inclusive partnerships, amplifying the customer’s voice in decisions, and applying modern, AI‑enabled solutions to resolve escalations effectively. You’ll be modeling Microsoft’s leadership principles—communicating with clarity, generating positive energy, and delivering results—while nurturing a collaborative, growth‑mindset culture that empowers global teams.
