Technical Solutions is part of Client Services organization in charge of providing industry-leading operational support to Visa’s clients around the world. With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to product and technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development and successful deployment of Visa products and services, and enabling our client facing teams to deliver and scale new digital products in the market.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and optimization of payment technologies across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical advisor for clients on payment technology solutions, including integration and deployment.
  • Support global product rollouts, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payment flows, tokenization, and authentication protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate client requirements into actionable technical solutions.
  • Provide training and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.  ​
