EE/Tester Calibration Subject Matter Expert (SME)

This role requires a proven problem solver with the ability to work with a diverse U.S. based team.  You will deploy new standards to drive world-class qualification infrastructure at Battery cell and pack CM/suppliers across Asia.  As a SME in Electrical Tester Performance, you will have the opportunity to lead assessments, track vendor progress, and be integral to the implementation of infrastructure in support of NPI battery development.  This role demands a high-level of project management while providing windows to go-deep into battery electrical performance technical areas.  While this role will primarily support the U.S.-based team, it will have access to implementation teams at vendor sites to execute on detailed project tasks.  Experience required in working with internal cross-functional engineering teams, external suppliers, both domestic and international, to achieve successful program milestones and metrics is an asset for this role.
