As a Vendor Operations Lead, you will play a key role in managing vendor relationships and driving operational efficiency, directly supporting our business goals and values. Your expertise will help us maintain one of the most effective and collaborative vendor operations ecosystems in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for operational excellence and vendor management, possess robust communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate high analytical capabilities, be vendor-focused, team-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet operational and business objectives. You love leading and energizing teams and helping individuals develop their skills and careers. You should have a proven history of leading teams to meet or exceed operational targets in vendor management or supply chain roles.
