This role conducts research and analysis to assess Microsoft’s security and resilience strategy, cyber risk management and mitigation processes as well as substance, identifying opportunities to develop new initiatives or enhance existing ones across Microsoft. The individual serves as a subject matter expert, defining success criteria, establishing performance metrics, and guiding best practices for program execution, communication, and stakeholder engagement. They oversee a portfolio of projects, managing timelines, milestones, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with strategic business goals. Through close partnership with stakeholders, customers, and leadership, they drive adoption of key programs, influence decision-making, and promote alignment on organizational priorities. Leveraging deep technical and analytical expertise, they evaluate performance, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and assess overall program impact to inform future direction and investment.
