Visa is searching for a Director – Head of Marketing Services, UK&I and N&B. As a key member of the Europe Marketing Service leadership team, this individual will drive the strategy, vision, and go-to-market approach to grow Marketing Services revenue and profitability in alignment with the Visa 2030 strategy. Marketing Services is a strategic growth area focused on delivering value to clients through marketing advisory, sponsorship, creative services, and end-to-end marketing execution. This role partners closely with Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), Sales, and Finance to deliver impactful client engagements. We are focused on delivering value to our clients through marketing advisory, sponsorship, creative services, and end-to-end marketing execution. This role partners closely with Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA), our sales organizations, and Finance to execute a range of services. We are looking for a proven leader with experience scaling large revenue-generating businesses, managing complex P&Ls, and driving business development. The ideal candidate will be a compelling communicator, a strategic thinker, and a team builder who can foster a high-performance culture. This role reports to the Vice President, EU Marketing Services
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of the Marketing Services strategy for UK&I and N&B.
- Identify and build new capabilities and services in collaboration with regional and market teams.
- Develop a scalable, repeatable model for embedding Marketing Services with top strategic clients.
Financial Management
- Own the Marketing Services P&L for the cluster, including financial planning, pipeline management, pricing, and margin optimization.
- Oversee annual planning and reporting processes for UK&I and N&B in partnership with Finance.
- Establish and track performance metrics to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Partner with Sales to position and sell Marketing Services to clients across the cluster.
- Lead large RFP responses and strategic pitches, articulating Visa’s value proposition as the most competitive and strategic option for our clients
- Collaborate with VCA to develop a unified “One Visa” model that maximizes client value and revenue.
Team Leadership & Operations
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of engagement, innovation, and accountability.
- Drive operational excellence through best practice sharing, process enhancements, and capability development.
- Represent the cluster in cross-functional and cross-regional forums, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing.
