Within CO+I, Datacenter Construction Delivery (DCD) is responsible for delivering datacenter capacity for Microsoft’s cloud business meeting all safety, quality, sustainability, schedule, and budget requirements. The Site Construction Manager provides critical leadership, ownership and accountability for the team's deployment and delivery of large-scale, campus and/or regionally based delivery solutions to predictably deliver Datacenter capacity. You will oversee project execution across multiple sites, manage vendor relationships, and drive risk mitigation strategies through metrics and dashboards. The position requires effective leadership to influence internal and external partners, maintain compliance, and ensure on-time delivery of complex global construction projects. Additionally, you’ll manage a high-performing team, fostering growth and accountability while promoting safety and operational excellence.
