Copilot Insights is a data driven team looking to uncover insights about customer usage of Copilot and find ways to add customer value through the Copilot features and interactions we build inside of Office. The Copilot Insights team delivers insights and analysis that drives the features and investments that Office makes to add value to customers' lives through Copilot! Our team is about empowering organizations and individuals to unlock their full potential using Copilot within Office.

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist - Copilot Insights to join our team.

In this role, you will collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Data and Applied Scientists, as well as business and AI leaders to design and develop AI/ML solutions that address business needs. Responsibilities include defining Copilot metrics, supporting experimentation systems, and developing evaluation frameworks for Copilot investments.
