Risk and Compliance Manager

The Retail Contact Center is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Risk & Compliance Manager, you will collaborate with a global team responsible for identifying and mitigating potential misuse of Apple tools while protecting our customers from internal fraud. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in raising awareness of contact center security requirements, ensuring appropriate communications with business owners, and verifying the adequacy of training and processes. Successful candidates will work closely with various internal and external business partners, including Global Security, Legal, Employee Relations, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Supplier Responsibility, and Retail Operations.
