Apple Ads is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Engineering Program Management (EPM) to lead teams responsible for our most critical advertising initiatives. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between engineering, product, ad operations, sales, and our 3rd party integration partners. You will be responsible for orchestrating and delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs that are fundamental to our revenue and growth.
The ideal candidate is a master of organization and communication, adept at building strong relationships, a player-coach capable of bringing out the best in their people, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving projects.
