Global Recruiting Compliance Partner

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Compliance Partner to support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of compliance frameworks that mitigate risk and support ethical hiring of the world’s best talent. In this role, you will help ensure our recruiting processes align with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role will report to the Global Recruiting Compliance Leader and will partner closely with experts from recruiting, legal, privacy, Employee Relations, People Technology, and the global People organization.
