Talent Acquisition Administrative Coordinator (Contractor)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor) to support our Latin America & Caribbean Talent Acquisition team. This contractor will play a key role in managing high-volume interview scheduling, maintaining recruitment data integrity, and ensuring candidates are appropriately dispositioned throughout the hiring process. The role also includes support for ad-hoc recruiting projects as needed.

This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage scheduling for a high volume of interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate logistics including virtual meeting links, room bookings, and interviewer availability.
  • Handle rescheduling requests and last-minute changes with professionalism and urgency.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Candidate Experience & Dispositioning

  • Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Ensure candidates are properly dispositioned in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in alignment with compliance and process standards.
  • Support candidate travel and expense reimbursement processes when applicable.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting metrics and dashboards.
  • Assist in formatting and updating job descriptions to ensure compliance.
  • Support audit readiness and data integrity across recruiting systems.

Project Support

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team as assigned.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and HR partners to improve process efficiency and candidate experience.

This is a hybrid position out of our Bogota, Colombia office
