Team Summary
The AP VAS Issuing Solutions team is core part of AP Value-Added Services. The AP VAS Issuing Solutions includes four parts: Loyalty, Pismo, Network Products and Digital Solutions. The team is driving the product roadmap, commercialization and solution delivery of related Issuing Solutions products, by working closely with global and AP market teams.
The AP Issuing Solutions Director role, is a crucial member of our AP VAS Issuing Solutions team, serving the Asia Pacific region, responsible for driving issuing solutions commercialisation strategy in the Asia Pacific region, to meet our 2030 Pismo strategy target. The primary focus will be on GTM planning, commercialization activities and sales enablement of issuer-side network processing solutions and issuer processing (Pismo).
Issuing network processing is an important part of VAS issuing solutions, with significant revenue contribution and product portfolio of over 15 network products for VAS management. This role will drive network revenue growth by launching new products, new pricing and sales acceleration initiatives. Issuer processing is the Pismo core banking and card processing business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The AP VAS Issuing Solutions Team is seeking talented individuals to drive the GTM of issuing business. This role will be key to drive the go-to-market strategy of issuer-side network processing solutions and issuer processing (Pismo). This role will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders in global Network Product, Pismo, global VAS, AP hub and AP markets.
What this role will do:
- Issuing Network Products Commercialisation Strategy Planning: Develop commercialisation strategy for AP VAS Issuing Network products which include over 15 products, collaborate with global Network Product team to understand global network strategy and define GTM plans for AP and drive the revenue target of over $90M achievement for network products
- Issuing Network Products New Product Launch: drive the end-to-end process of issuing network new products launch, including new product A360 approval, pricing approval, VBN, and market trainings and enablement (e.g. VPPM, RPM)
- Issuing Network Products Re-pricing: Understand global network product re-pricing plans and drive the AP re-pricing strategy, get new pricing approval and secure alignment with markets, and execute new pricing launch and communications
- Issuing Network Products Sales Acceleration: identify key products for sales acceleration (e.g. Account screen, VCC) and develop sales enhancement plan, align with markets and execute the sales acceleration with working with markets, CS, etc.
- Issuer Processing Commercialisation Strategy: Develop commercialisation strategy for issuer processing (Pismo) by collaborating with Pismo team and global VAS team, to define priority markets and go-to-market strategy
- Issuer Processing Market Entry Enablement: Lead issuer processing (Pismo) market enablement processes including NBIA approval, legal assessment, risk assessment, AWS assessment, and so on, and get fully ready for target market entry
- Issuer Processing Sales Enablement & GTM: Work with AP Hub, AP markets to develop target client segment GTM plan, provide sales plays and sales trainings, drive collaboration with VCA and external consulting firms, drive the issuer processing (Pismo) sales and revenue in target markets
