We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst to join our Service Level Management Team. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to assess, monitor, and enhance service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring the highest standards of reporting and service delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in technology-driven environments, with proficiency in dashboard creation and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build data assets, reporting tools, and dashboards utilizing Visa’s big data capabilities
- Provide automated or streamlined solutions for data and reporting for service level management needs.
- Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Account Management teams to produce monthly Service Level reports and present results in monthly business reviews.
- Use experience, expertise, and data analysis to collaborate with team members and stakeholders in the identification of corrective action to increase efficiency, improve performance and meet or exceed targets.
- Create, prepare and deliver detailed product/SLA level reporting, presenting actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
