Join Microsoft Elevate as the Global Digital Engines Lead, where you’ll shape and drive strategy to empower Microsoft’s Small and Medium Business (SMB) customers in the Nonprofit and Education sectors through our vendor-based digital sales team.

 

In this high-impact role, you will lead the enablement of an outsourced digital sales force using a sales-as-a-service model to deliver secure, scalable AI and cloud solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of transforming how Microsoft supports over 750,000 SMB customer accounts, partnering closely with our vendor partner and Microsoft’s Customer Lifecycle Operations (CLO) team to deliver measurable impact.

 

We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented program leader with deep expertise in digital/cloud sales and vendor management. You bring a passion for coaching teams (often without direct authority), an analytical mindset for business optimization, and a collaborative spirit that thrives across organizational boundaries.
