Their daily tasks will be evolving from the following:
Partners with respective global factory counterparts to define, develop, and implement critical technical training, new technology, and process parameters to enable technical resource readiness for a successful start up and ramp of the factory.
Develops new courses and/or conducts formal professional technical training for engineers and technicians in company and vendor engineers, using creative and cutting edge ways to support the organization’s growth and learning.
Determines workshop or course content and student learning objectives, prepares course syllabi, lesson plans, and student manuals.
Evaluates training materials and procedures and makes or recommends revisions to keep courses up
to date.
Develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of technical training activities.
Responds to customer/client requests on training requirements for relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Should be a 3rd or final year student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Relation, Literature Studies, Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management, and/or other related majors.
Your expected graduation date (including the date on a provisional graduation certificate) should be after December 2025.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with statistical data analysis techniques.
Able to work onsite for 3-4 days per week and enroll in a six-month internship program.
Ownership mindset, detail-oriented, due-diligent, good communication skills.
