Wat is it all about?

As a key member of Visa team the selected candidate will work with acquirers and PSPs in Poland (both face to face and online) to support the establish and grow relations, business, and sales.
Role based in Warsaw.

What we expect of you, day to day:

  • Selected Acquirers and PSPs management - partner with and act as key interface with acquirers and partners to secure and grow business for Visa.
  • Acquirer pipeline management including planning, identifying opportunities, and setting meetings with acquirer
  • Daily cooperation with merchants supporting their operational questions.
  • Use Visa products and solutions to grow the share of Visa card transactions with merchants.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to merchants on Visa operations, products and solutions.
  • Maintain a calendar of activities for the whole financial year and take business ownership of campaigns and activities with merchants.
  • Identify and size opportunities for different product propositions, activities, cooperation.
  • Prepare content for meetings with merchants like cooperation proposals, QBRs, RFI responses etc.
  • Keep a log of merchant activities on the market (not only associated with card payments) in the sales monitoring tool.
  • Review competitors market activities to ensure propositions remain differentiated and ahead of the competition.
  • Establish fluency in all Visa merchant and acquiring-facing solutions, communicate and articulate all aspects of Visa value proposition for our clients.
  • Deliver on priorities in time and the required quality

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
