As a member of the VCS Commercial Operations team this individual will be focused on ensuring VCS runs effectively and efficiently and identifying and executing opportunities where the business unit can improve. The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Business Insights and Operations and work closely with multiple teams in and outside of VCS.
Essential Functions
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Executive presentation support: Contribute to developing talking points and presentations for Global Head of VCS
- Data aggregation, synthesis and insights for operating rhythms: Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, earnings calls
- Ad hoc analysis: Drive analysis and due diligence to provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives (e.g. go-to-market strategies, revenue acceleration opportunities, scenario analyses, competitive intelligence)
- Organizational alignment: Drive continuous organizational alignment for the business and provide rigor and discipline to run an effective business operating model
- Business cases: Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop business cases for key revenue generating initiatives
- Planning: Assist in evaluating global and regional initiatives to increase revenue
- Knowledge management: Develop and maintain platform where VCS and partner organizations can reference/utilize key presentations and case studies
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
