We are searching for a Senior Business Planner to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of Security monetization and AI strategy, shaping how Microsoft delivers value through advanced security offerings and next-generation AI experiences. From Zero Trust adoption to secure AI workflows, you’ll help craft business models and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy that accelerate customer success and drive revenue through innovative deal-making.

You’ll join the Solution GTM Strategy team, which leads global deal-making and empowerment strategies across Microsoft’s commercial portfolio. We design discounting frameworks, enable sellers to win competitive scenarios, and align monetization models with go-to-market execution. This is your opportunity to influence how Microsoft monetizes Security and AI, while gaining experience in global strategy and commercial innovation.
