Responsibilities:
Market Planning & Coordination:
- Support annual marketing planning by consolidating insights, client needs, and market trends for Ghana.
- Support preparation of internal planning documents and reviews.
Client Engagement & Support:
- Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for clients’ marketing teams.
- Identify client growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, client performance, and consumer insights, and highlight where Visa’s solutions can add value.
- Proactively surface new ideas, marketing interventions, or capability enhancements that support client growth and deepen partnerships.
- Manage feedback cycles and ensure smooth, timely communication.
- Support clients in adopting Visa’s marketing toolkits and digital best practices.
Marketing Program Execution:
- Drive end‑to‑end execution of marketing programs by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, assets, and agency partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Support creative development, media coordination, asset management, and program rollout for client initiatives.
- Work with agencies and Visa teams on digital campaign execution and reporting.
- Prepare briefs, presentations, performance updates, and post‑campaign reviews.
- Ensure all deliverables are locally relevant and meet Visa’s quality standards.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with Account Leads and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client campaigns.
- Use global toolkits to adapt best practices to the Ghanaian market.
- Support adoption of Visa Project Central and standard operating processes.
Reporting & Insights:
- Track and report on market‑specific KPIs and campaign performance.
- Monitor local market and consumer trends to inform program improvements.
- Develop clear updates and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Operational Support:
- Vendor coordination, budget tracking, timelines, and workflow documentation.
- Maintain market‑specific templates, trackers, and program documentation.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
