Director, Planner Modeling Team - Siri

You will be responsible for defining the engineering roadmap and translating applied research into breakthrough capabilities and user experiences. Help redefine the Siri experience, as Director of the Planner Modeling team, you will lead Siri’s ability to take meaningful actions on behalf of users and embed agentic reasoning at the core of the product. You’ll work at the forefront of reasoning with large language models (LLMs) - simulation, evaluation, context engineering, data generation, and reinforcement learning. This role demands deep technical engagement paired with strong cross-functional leadership. You will develop and refine state of the art models, perform failure analyses, and translate applied research into breakthrough user experiences.
