- Operate eero’s Kubernetes infrastructure on EKS and ensure we are following industry best practices
- Develop software to manage our cloud infrastructure and write tooling to automate manual tasks
- Establish best practices for AWS infrastructure and terraform management for other teams at the company to follow.
- Own eero’s build and deploy systems and shared infrastructure for teams across the company
- Improve the logging, monitoring, and observability story for our cloud services
- Drive operational excellence through readiness reviews and retrospectives
A day in the life
As a part of the team, you will build and maintain the shared infrastructure that powers many of these core services to ensure that eero’s cloud is always available, performant, and secure. You will empower other engineering teams at eero to build and deploy their services in a maintainable and secure manner. You will manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and CDK. You will monitor our services’ performance and help optimize cloud costs.
