The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing exciting growth opportunities as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core commercial card solutions. Our global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients and Governments. We work closely with Financial Institutions, Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. What a Manager, Visa Commercial Solution (VCS) Services Sales does at Visa:
- The VCS Services Sales team have a core mandate to rapidly scale and expand VCS services in Asia Pacific.
- VCS Services is core to driving VCS client stickiness and contributes to increased spend. This is a sales support role.
- The range of VCS Services includes (but not limited to) Visa Spend Clarity Solutions, Visa Commercial Data Solutions and Virtual Solutions.
- The role will be required to support services sales market support center and markets team, scaling the large market and small business footprint of the Visa Commercial Value Proposition that may benefit from the services.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategy development and execution:
- Support the execution of growth strategy for VSC Services across Asia Pacific to ensure that new and existing revenue targets and objectives are achieved.
- Initiatives include gathering market feedback, support required and priorities alignment with markets team, product solution teams, leading to development of strategy decks.
- Conduct data analysis and executing market research activities such as competition scans, driving primary and secondary research project management, and support thought leadership activities such as events.
Sales Management and Reporting:
- Generate monthly performance metrics for VCS services, including client, markets, cluster and service performance. Track and analyze data to forecast trends, potential risks and provide timely reporting.
- Pipeline management and consolidation of VCS services opportunities, tracking and dashboard management and report projected wins and annual revenue projection and risks.
- Program Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of newly launched programs and initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.
- Build and submit business cases for new services enhancements and initiatives working with market leads and product solutions team.
- Support markets pre sales related queries to support sales cycle advancement.
Go To Market (GTM) Sales Assets, Initiatives and Narratives:
- Develop new and maintain existing sales assets for Visa internal, issuers and corporates, including pitch decks, sales sheets, GTM checklists, product demo instances, and videos. Ensure materials are updated into Visa related depository timeline and accurately.
- Support sales and issuer GTM activities such as issuer training, campaigns execution to drive corporate enrollments and use with VCS services.
- Support development of use cases and narratives for VCS Services working with sales teams, market leads, product and solutioning and marketing teams.
- Support customer engagement strategies to ensure that revenue is realized to its full potential within existing customers that have enrolled in VCS services
- Continually educate and grow knowledge of the VCS Services and its value proposition with Visa colleagues in assigned markets.
