We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Designer to join the Visa Open Banking team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating best-in-class user interfaces and experiences, ensuring that users enjoy a seamless and engaging journey throughout the entire product flow. This role demands a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles to consistently deliver exceptional and intuitive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding user experiences to customers through initial designs and iterative updates.
- Design from concept to implementation, considering usability, accessibility, localization, scalability, and — where relevant — crafting clear, concise interface copy that’s in line with UX writing best practices.
- Conduct user research studies to gather qualitative and quantitative data (usability testing, user interviews, A/B testing, etc) to understand customer needs, validate design decisions, and refine user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality design execution.
- Ensure all deliverables align with requirements and the established design system.
- Contribute to Visa’s Global Open Banking Platform design system in partnership with designers and developers ensuring it meets scalability, efficiency, and brand alignment requirements.
- Engage in constructive design critique with designers and cross-disciplinary partners.
