The Health Science & Analytics group in Amazon's Health Store & Technology organization is looking for a clinical technologist to push the frontier of AI solutions for our customers and providers.
In this role, the clinical technologist will work closely with AI scientists, engineers, product leaders, and clinicians to develop and ensure the safety of our AI systems. This individual will also shape our thinking on how to embed AI solutions into workflows.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with applied scientists and engineering teams to ensure that we are embedding appropriate medical knowledge in our AI capabilities.
- Develop rubrics and guidelines for AI model system evaluation and benchmarking.
- Partner with teams across the health organization to ensure safe deployment of AI systems and technology into workflows.
- Continue to raise clinical safety awareness of our technical systems, including AI systems.
- Proactively identify risks and shape the technical roadmap in anticipation of industry trends in Health AI.
