As a Senior Manager Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) for CEMEA Digital Sales, reporting in the geography to the Sr. Director SMB, VCS, and solely assigned to the CEMEA Digital Sales area, you will be responsible for products commercialization and sales support for the accounts covered by the Digital Sales, with the primary objective of positioning Visa as the preferred choice of network partners by commercial products issuers and the brand of choice by business and corporate clients.

A significant element of this role will be the ability to generate thought leadership around VCS products and small business-related products specifically, and requires you to work closely with Digital Sales Account Executives and key issuers to drive acquisition, profitable Business card usage, payment volumes, and revenues for Visa. This role is the bridge between VCS team and Digital Sales for the transferred accounts.

This includes but is not limited to driving new Business card product launches, development of portfolio optimization strategies, program upgrades, benefit resell, CVP enhancement, performance tracking, channel diversification, and driving greater cross-border and e-commerce volume.

You will need to combine your product management experience with your awareness of commercial issuers’ needs to increase customer engagement with their Visa account, driving usage and preference.

Responsibilities

  • Be a thought leader, problem solver, and inclusive coach to the Digital Sales Executives, leading Business core products delivery for the accounts covered by Digital Sales and for multiple commercial platform products.
  • Prepare go-to-market and sales collateral material for Digital sellers to ensure they have all the material they need to sell SMB.
  • Train the Digital Sales Executives on VCS products and solutions, and small business-related products specifically, to ensure a solid level of expertise among the team and maximize the client coverage by joint efforts.
  • Lead target setting, Dynamics hygiene, and sales & revenue tracking for T3 accounts to ensure right representation in VCS P&L and sales pipeline.
  • Support the development of Business products upselling and Business card portfolio optimization strategies, and participate in creating individual clients’ Business product plans with corresponding tactics and actions to achieve defined goals, under the accountability of the Digital Sales Executives.
  • Work with Banks as well as Non-Banking Financial Institutions to support their payment strategy and go-to-market with VCS products.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional leads to drive strategic alignment and ensure product roadmap is supportive of all common initiatives and priorities.
