Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant will play an integral role in increasing capacity of the Exec Office, the ELT admin community, and the firm as a whole. This role will support the Exec Office and ELT admin community. The operating environment is fast-paced, the standards are high, and the deliverables are high-impact. A team-first mentality is required, as is a commitment to living out Intel's values on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Strong calendar management for the exec office
- Booking complex travel itineraries and managing travel details such as visas, welcome letters, etc.
- Supporting ELT events and FTF's; drafting clear, concise written communications; serving as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures for ELT admin.
The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to multiple critical ARs, excellent teamwork skills, and a strong self-starting mentality. The ideal candidate is also comfortable working with all levels of execs, both internally and externally. The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information discretely is critical.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years in related administrative experience or as a senior level admin in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency and experience working with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and financial systems
- Expertise in MSFT Office apps, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience with MSFT Teams
- Experience booking complex domestic and international travel
- Positive energy, enthusiasm and critical thinking are important for success in this role

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$119,420.00-168,590.00 USD (Hourly Role)
