We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead strategic Artificial Intelligence initiatives, focusing on high-impact product and project management. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of AI projects, managing their execution with a strong focus on technical direction and quality assurance. Drawing from experience in data-driven strategy, product development, and cross-functional collaboration, this person will help solve complex business challenges and drive sustainable, profitable growth through innovative AI solutions.

Specific responsibilities includes:
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI-based products, from ideation to delivery.
- Build, maintain, and evolve the AI project pipeline, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
- Manage AI-focused projects with a strong emphasis on technical direction, quality assurance (QA), and delivery governance.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and internal stakeholders.
- Define and monitor performance metrics and the impact of AI models.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI policies.
- Facilitate alignment meetings and agile rituals such as kickoffs and regular check-ins.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in data and AI solutions.
