Role description
The consulting Manager digital supports the end to end delivery of digital transformation and GenAI strategy engagements across GCC and NALP. This role encompasses conducting digital maturity assessments and market research, supporting GenAI use case identification and value modeling, developing digital acquisition strategies, and leading omnichannel customer journey mapping initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day client relationships, facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions, developing compelling value propositions for digital banking and fintech platforms, and translating strategic recommendations into actionable roadmaps.
Beyond client delivery, the role involves supporting proposal development, contributing to thought leadership content, and participating in business development activities. The position requires hands-on involvement in deliverables while building leadership capabilities through team mentoring, knowledge sharing, and professional development of junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead and support delivery of digital and strategy projects across the GCC and NALP.
- Conduct digital maturity assessments, gap analysis, and market research as input to digital strategy formulation.
- Own workstreams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations.
GenAI Strategy & Delivery
- Support in defining GenAI transformation strategies for clients.
- Support in GenAI use case identification, evaluation, and value modelling.
- Drive GenAI capability-building workshops and change enablement.
Digital Strategy, Digital Acquisition, & Value Proposition
- Develop digital strategies aligned with client transformation objectives.
- Support in defining and optimizing digital acquisition strategies (owned, paid, earned channels).
- Craft compelling value propositions (e.g., digital banking, super apps, embedded finance, etc.).
- Lead design of omnichannel journeys
- Facilitate journey mapping workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and capability build-out plans.
Business Development
- Support proposal development and contribute to digital PoVs and case studies.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
